At Centric Dynamix Inc., managers and leaders learn practical skills-based communication and leadership skills - we don't simply tell leaders what they need to say or do, we show them, step them through the process, and help them hone their new skills.

We are unique in that we develop our own training and educational programs. This enables us to customize our programs to our clients' individual needs. We can accommodate either closed corporate groups or individual managers.

With almost 30 years of experience developing and delivering training programs combined with hands-on management experience in industry, Centric Dynamix's leadership team offers solid programs that work. We develop our own training programs, and our facilitators apply their real-world management skill, which ensures our material is practical and reflective of the realities organizations face.

President Valerie Harrison was co-founder of The Management Development Group, a corporate training company established in 1994, prior to launching Centric Dynamix in 2003.
